Background:

International Systems Management Co., Ltd., was established as a registered Thai company in 1991, in response to the rapid pace of computerization by large and medium-sized corporations. This explosion in the growth of Information Technology has led to a correspondingly rapid increase in demand for skilled staff and consultants.

Clients needing the services of professionals with specialized computer expertise keep ISM informed of their requirements. ISM then contracts independent consultants with the appropriate skills to work with the client on a fixed-term basis. ISM also assists its clients in identifying and recruiting permanent staff for their computer departments, at all levels of experience. Most of the consultants and staff placed by ISM are Thai, although foreign experts are contracted from time to time when the skills required can not be sourced locally.

ISM management works directly with the clients’ computer managers in the interview and evaluation process.
