A State enterprise established more than 30 years ago under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment, with the objectives to strengthen capabilities in research and development of products, raw materials and the manufacturing process for the Thai Industry. We are looking for the right candidate to fill the position of "Governor" with the following specification :
Responsibilities
As the Chief executive Officer of TISTR, comprising 700 staff, the Governor will manage the overall scientific and technological research and development activities of the Institute, including, consultancy services.
Qualifications
Wide vision in developing Science and Technology, with experience in a
related field and the ability
to cooperate with private sector.
Graduate with a Master's Degree demonstrating good performance in scientific
research and development,
administrative capabilities etc.
Sense of commitment and dedication, good interpersonal and communication
skills in order to work
in cooperation with TISTR staff and other research institutes and industries
worldwide.
Salary
Between 80,000-120,000 Baht per month including TISTR benefits. The
successful candidate will be appointed on a 5-year contract basis. Interested
